The Role A specialist payroll position sitting across operations, finance and compliance. The focus is less on processing pays and more on ensuring accuracy and maintaining controls across payroll operations. Permanent, full-time role based in Brisbane with hybrid flexibility.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Interpreting Awards and Enterprise Agreements for payroll application
  • Building and maintaining payroll structures and rules in FoundU
  • Complex reconciliations and preparing adjustments where required
  • Quoting against awards and EAs, including manual calculations
  • Owning the annual Rate Rise Project and Payroll Internal Audit schedule
  • Identifying and resolving payroll discrepancies
About You
  • Solid payroll experience with a compliance or assurance focus
  • Confident interpreting industrial instruments and payroll legislation
  • Advanced Excel skills, comfortable working with large data sets
  • Methodical, detail-oriented and able to communicate findings clearly
  • FoundU experience advantageous but not essential
