TIG Welder

Location: Fort Wayne, Indiana Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Pay: $20+ per hour (based on experience) Job Summary Are you an experienced TIG Welder with a steady hand and an eye for precision? We’re seeking a skilled TIG Welder to join a well-established manufacturing team in Fort Wayne, Indiana. In this role, you’ll play a key part in producing high-quality, precision-welded components by executing clean, accurate welds with consistency, control, and craftsmanship. What You’ll Be Doing As a TIG Welder, your core responsibilities will include: Precision TIG Welding: Perform highly precise TIG welds with smooth, consistent lines, focusing on quality and detail. Blueprint Spec Interpretation: Read and follow blueprints, drawings, and weld specifications to ensure accurate results. Quality Finish Standards: Maintain exceptional weld appearance and structural integrity, meeting strict quality standards. In addition, you will also be expected to maintain a clean work area and follow all safety and production guidelines. What We’re Looking For Qualifications: Proven experience as an experienced TIG welder Ability to consistently weld precise, clean lines with control and finesse Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed Skills: Advanced TIG Welding Skills: Required to produce clean, accurate, and visually consistent welds. Attention to Detail: Essential for maintaining high-quality standards on precision parts. Manual Dexterity Control: Necessary to weld with grace and ease on detailed and delicate components.
