About the Role
Reporting to a senior member of the compensation team, this role is responsible for supporting the administration of equity-based compensation programs and contributing to broader compensation initiatives. You’ll work closely with internal teams to ensure data accuracy, maintain processes, and deliver insights that support key business decisions.
What You’ll Do
- Support the administration of equity compensation programs across a global employee base
- Prepare and reconcile recurring reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Partner with internal stakeholders to validate compensation-related data, including payroll inputs and tax considerations
- Assist with audit processes and ensure the accuracy and integrity of compensation data
- Coordinate with external vendors and support ongoing system-related activities
- Contribute to employee communications related to compensation programs
- Provide analysis to support internal reporting and accounting requirements
- Participate in compensation benchmarking and market analysis activities
- Analyze data to support the development and maintenance of competitive compensation structures
- Use data tools to assess trends such as pay equity, incentive participation, and compensation outcomes
- Assist with reporting and insights to support ongoing compensation initiatives
- Support the execution of the annual compensation review process
- Assist with maintaining and improving systems used to manage compensation decisions
What You Bring
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in compensation, finance, or a related field
- A university degree in Business, Finance, or a similar discipline
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and generate insights
- Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet tools
- Familiarity with compensation programs, including equity-based plans, is an asset
- Exposure to data visualization or reporting tools is an asset
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Effective communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with stakeholders
