We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the delivery of strategic technology and business transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyse business processes, and deliver solutions that drive operational efficiency and business outcomes.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
  • Analyse current business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and stakeholder discussions.
  • Translate business needs into clear user stories, process maps, and functional specifications.
  • Support delivery teams throughout project lifecycles, including testing, implementation, and change activities.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers, developers, and business teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
  • Assist with risk identification, issue management, and project documentation.
Key Skills & Experience:
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst within technology or transformation projects.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies.
  • Ability to analyse complex problems and provide practical solutions.
  • Experience with process mapping, documentation, and requirements management tools.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
