Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Oversee the full product lifecycle from concept validation, prototyping, testing, and engineering development through to mass production.

Provide hands-on technical oversight across key engineering disciplines, including mechanical design, materials selection, and electronics integration where applicable.

Partner closely with design and commercial stakeholders to translate creative concepts into manufacturable, cost-effective solutions.

Work closely with external manufacturing partners to ensure product quality, production efficiency, and on-time delivery. Resolve technical and production challenges proactively.

Establish and manage project plans, timelines, and resource allocation using structured methodologies to ensure successful project execution.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, reduce cost, and improve speed-to-market through engineering best practices.
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline (Master’s degree is an advantage)
- Minimum 7 years of experience in product engineering and team leadership
- Background in consumer products, toys, or related industries is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes such as plastics injection, product assembly, and quality control systems
- Experience with CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD)
- Proven ability to work with cross-border teams and external suppliers
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- A passion for product innovation and design-driven development
