WHAT DOES THE ROLE CONSIST OF
- Ability to supervise a team of staff while maintaining a high standard of work.
- Preparation of year-end financial statements, periodic tax returns and monthly management reporting for a diverse group of small and medium sizes clients.
- Providing leadership and mentoring to enable junior members of the team to achieve goals and targets sustainably.
- Manage a book of clients from start to finish.
- Managing the preparation of Financial Accounts, Income Tax Returns, and Business Activity Statements for Individuals, Companies, Trusts, and Partnerships.
- Assisting the Director to effectively manage existing client relationships,
- Clear cut path of progression through to a management role.
- Building client relationships and providing them with support and advice on business and taxation matter.
- Driving technology solutions designed to maximise efficiency
