Maintenance Job Responsibilities:

  • Make Ready/Turning apartments in between resident occupancy
  • Repairs on electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, and all major appliances
  • May be requested to assist in other areas of property including painting, grounds keeping, trash pick-up, pool maintenance, etc. depending on property needs.
  • Receives service requests, prioritizes work orders and handle them each in the most efficient manner.
