  1. Minimum 1-2 years experience in customer service or call center
  2. Ability to work flexible schedule and overtime as needed
  3. Excellent problem solving skills
  4. Strong attendance record
  5. High School diploma or GED required 
  6. Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
