Job Overview
We are hiring a reliable and customer-focused Route Driver to service customer accounts throughout the Pullman and surrounding areas. This position involves operating a box truck, delivering products, stocking shelves, rotating inventory, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys driving, working independently, and providing excellent service in a fast-paced environment.
Routes Available
  • Pullman, WA / Moscow, ID Route
  • Lewiston, ID / Clarkston, WA Route
Responsibilities
  • Operate a box truck to safely deliver products to customer locations
  • Stock shelves and rotate product to maintain freshness and presentation
  • Manage inventory levels and communicate product needs
  • Upsell and promote products at customer accounts
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships
  • Complete deliveries accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain clean and organized product displays
Requirements
  • Valid driver’s license with DOT certification required
  • Experience driving box trucks or delivery vehicles preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage delivery routes efficiently
  • Ability to lift, move, and stock product throughout shift
  • Previous delivery, merchandising, warehouse, or route sales experience is a plus
Compensation & Schedule
  • $25.00 per hour
  • Full-time, 40 hours per week
  • Sunday off plus one additional weekday off

2 routes available: one route covers Lewiston, ID/Clarkston, WA the other delivers to Pullman, WA/Moscow, ID)
