・シンガポール法人の経理・財務業務全般
・経理・財務チームのマネジメント（現体制3.5人 → 4.5人予定）
・台湾・インドネシア子会社の財務管理サポート
・日本本社向けグループレポーティング
・連結用財務資料の作成
・監査法人対応（シンガポール法定監査）
・グループ間取引管理（ロイヤリティ・経営指導料・製品輸出等）
・移転価格関連資料対応
・財務資料および会計処理プロセスの整理・改善

Head of Finance
Company Overview
This company is a food manufacturing and F&B company with our parent company based in Japan.
The Singapore entity functions as the regional headquarters and manages subsidiaries in Taiwan and Indonesia.
The Singapore entity is responsible for regional financial management functions, including statutory audit coordination, group reporting, and transfer pricing documentation.
Seeking a professional who can lead and strengthen the Finance & Accounting function.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee all accounting and finance functions of the Singapore entity
• Manage and lead the finance and accounting team
• Provide financial management support to subsidiaries in Taiwan and Indonesia
• Prepare group reporting for the Japan headquarters
• Prepare financial information for group consolidation
• Liaise with external auditors (Singapore statutory audit)
• Manage intercompany transactions (royalties, management fees, product exports, etc.)
• Handle transfer pricing related documentation
• Improve and organize financial reporting and accounting processes
Requirements
Mandatory Requirements
Experience
• Practical accounting and finance experience in Singapore
• Experience handling external audits
• Experience dealing with group companies or overseas subsidiaries
• Ability to hands-on prepare consolidation reporting materials and manage monthly closing for the Singapore entity
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with HQ and regional subsidiaries; fluency in English is essential for daily business communication, while proficiency in Mandarin or Bahasa/Malay will be highly valued to support regional collaboration.
Skills
• Basic understanding of SFRS / IFRS
• Basic knowledge of cost accounting
• Financial analysis and reporting capabilities
• Strong Excel and data handling skills
• Understanding of intercompany transactions
