The Role
- Assist with estate planning, including drafting wills, enduring powers of attorney, and related documents, and advising on succession strategies.
- Support estate administration matters, including probate applications, deceased estate management, and liaising with key stakeholders.
- Contribute to estate disputes work, including family provision claims, legal research, document preparation, and assisting with negotiations and mediations.
About You
- You will ideally have 1–2 years’ PAE and be admitted in Queensland, with some exposure to wills and estates work.
- You will bring strong drafting, communication, and organisational skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
- You will demonstrate a client-focused and empathetic approach, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
