A boutique, self-licensed wealth management firm is seeking an experienced Client Relationship Manager / Client Services Manager to support a sophisticated client base including high-net-worth individuals, professionals, family office structures and wholesale families.
Working closely with senior advisers and leadership, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys client relationships, fast-paced environments and delivering exceptional service outcomes.

The Role
- Manage day-to-day client relationships and servicing
- Support advisers with reviews and ongoing advice delivery
- Prepare client documentation, presentations and meeting packs
- Coordinate implementation of investment recommendations
- Place trades and manage follow-up actions
- Maintain accurate client records and file notes
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with portfolio reporting and client communications
- Experience in financial advice, private wealth or investment management
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Comfortable working with sophisticated clients
- Proactive, professional and relationship-focused
- Exposure to HNW and wholesale clients
- Work closely with experienced advisers
