Key Responsibilities:

  • Precision Assembly: Skillfully assemble components using the right tools for precise manufacturing.

  • Quality Assurance: Inspect machine parts, promptly reporting any issues to your supervisor to maintain top-notch quality.

  • Part Finishing: Use hand tools to deburr fixtures and ensure the finest components.

  • Inventory Management: Keep accurate part counts to support efficient production.

  • Equipment Maintenance: Safely return equipment to designated storage areas after use.

  • Workplace Excellence: Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.

  • Team Player: Collaborate effectively with colleagues to meet production goals.

  • Adaptability: Be open to learning new skills and continuously improving your capabilities.

Pay & Schedule:

  • Competitive pay: $16.00 per hour

  • Full-time position

  • Day Shift Hours:

  • Monday - Friday: 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM

  • Saturday: 6:00 AM - 11:00 AM (with potential for overtime)

Qualifications:

  • Manufacturing assembly experience is preferred, but we welcome motivated individuals willing to learn.

  • Familiarity with hand and power tools.

  • Basic reading and arithmetic skills.

  • Physical dexterity, strength, stamina, and coordination.

  • Strong teamwork skills and a self-starter mentality.

  • Reliable work history with excellent attendance
