Clinical Nurse Manager II – Daycare
Full-Time, Permanent Position

Key Requirements:

  • Must be registered in the General Division of the Nursing Register maintained by NMBI and hold a valid NMBI PIN (essential)
  • A minimum of 3–5 years’ post-registration experience in an acute healthcare setting (essential)
  • At least 1 year of experience in a Daycare or similar acute setting (essential)
  • A minimum of 1 year’s experience in a management or supervisory role (essential)
  • Completion of a management training programme is desirable
  • Demonstrated strong clinical competence and professional expertise
  • Proficient in IT systems and relevant healthcare applications
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both patients and colleagues
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and enthusiastic
  • Proven ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Evidence of ongoing commitment to professional development
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with staff across all organisational levels
