Key Requirements:
- Must be registered in the General Division of the Nursing Register maintained by NMBI and hold a valid NMBI PIN (essential)
- A minimum of 3–5 years’ post-registration experience in an acute healthcare setting (essential)
- At least 1 year of experience in a Daycare or similar acute setting (essential)
- A minimum of 1 year’s experience in a management or supervisory role (essential)
- Completion of a management training programme is desirable
- Demonstrated strong clinical competence and professional expertise
- Proficient in IT systems and relevant healthcare applications
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both patients and colleagues
- Highly motivated, proactive, and enthusiastic
- Proven ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Evidence of ongoing commitment to professional development
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with staff across all organisational levels
