*Job Description*

• Lead the overall planning, coordination, and execution of large-scale construction projects, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Oversee all project phases, from pre-construction through final closeout, managing all aspects of project performance including cost control, scheduling, and quality assurance.
• Manage subcontractor relationships and agreements, ensuring clear communication and accountability for deadlines and deliverables.
• Collaborate closely with clients, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring alignment with their expectations.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols, building codes, and regulatory requirements, working closely with the site Superintendent and Safety Manager to maintain high safety standards.
• Develop and monitor project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to track project profitability.
• Lead and mentor project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability to deliver high-quality results.
• Manage change orders, RFIs, and project documentation, ensuring all records are current and compliant with contract terms.
• Act as a primary point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and successful project delivery.

*Ideal Candidate*

• 8+ years of experience in Construction Project Management, with a strong background in healthcare, commercial, or mixed-use construction projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale projects, ideally valued at $20M or more, from pre-construction through closeout.
• Proficiency in construction project management software, financial tracking tools, and construction documentation.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage teams, subcontractors, and client relationships effectively.
• OSHA certification preferred, with a commitment to ensuring job site safety.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving project challenges.
