An opportunity exists for a Graduate / Junior Technical Sales Engineer to join a growing team, supporting the delivery of wastewater treatment projects.
This is a development-focused role, offering exposure across tendering, technical sales, and process engineering, working closely with experienced engineers and project managers.
You will gain hands-on experience supporting projects from initial enquiry through to design and delivery, making it an ideal role for someone looking to build both technical and commercial capability within the water industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of tenders, proposals, and technical submissions
- Support project scoping activities based on client data and requirements
- Request and evaluate quotes and technical information from suppliers and subcontractors
- Assist in the development of project cost estimates and budgets
- Provide support on process engineering tasks to assist project managers in design and delivery
- Participate in client meetings, site visits, and technical presentations
- Prepare supporting documentation including technical reports, drawings, and schedules
- Degree qualified in Chemical Engineering
- Some exposure to water or wastewater treatment (through study, internship, or early career experience)
- Design calculations for pumps, tanks, and chemical dosing systems
- Ability to interpret laboratory and field data to support engineering decisions
- Comfortable working with numbers, including estimating and cost analysis
- Strong technical writing skills and ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Well organised, with the ability to manage multiple tenders and tasks simultaneously
- Motivated to develop both technical and commercial skills
