The Opportunity:
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Administration Assistant to join a high-performing property team in a varied and fast-paced support role.

You will provide key administrative and finance support to a senior team member, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations. The role is well suited to someone who enjoys a mix of structured administrative work, financial processing, and stakeholder interaction.

This is also a strong entry point into the retail property sector, offering exposure across finance, operations, and compliance functions within a corporate environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Providing high-level administrative support to a senior property professional
  • Raising and managing purchase orders
  • End-to-end invoice processing and basic financial administration
  • Maintaining accurate databases and performing data entry
  • Supporting insurance and compliance tracking (e.g. bank guarantees and public liability insurance)
  • Assisting with sales reporting and arrears support processes
  • Coordinating documentation, reporting, and general administration tasks
  • Supporting smooth day-to-day operational requirements
