The opportunity
Two HR Business Partner roles with a global business operating across multiple international markets. Sydney based, permanent and 2 year FTC - partnering directly with senior leaders to shape and deliver the people agenda across a complex and growing workforce.
This is a hands-on strategic HRBP seat. You will operate across the full employee lifecycle and have direct line of sight into how people decisions shape commercial outcomes.

About the role
Reporting into a senior People leader, the HR Business Partner will:
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior managers and executives on all people matters
- Partner with the business on workforce planning, organisational design, and capability uplift
- Lead complex employee relations matters end to end, with sound knowledge of Australian employment law
- Drive performance management cycles, calibration, and talent reviews
- Support talent acquisition, onboarding, and succession planning
- Partner on remuneration reviews, benchmarking, and reward frameworks
- Champion learning, development, and leadership capability across the business
- Contribute to diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives at a programme and behavioural level
- Use HR data and analytics to inform decisions and influence senior stakeholders
- Support change and transformation initiatives across the Australian business
About you
You will bring:
- 5+ years HR experience with at least 2 years in a true HRBP capacity
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline
- Strong knowledge of Australian employment law, Fair Work, and modern awards
- Experience operating inside a global, matrixed, or multi-site business
- A confident generalist toolkit across ER, performance, talent, capability, and change
- Sound commercial judgement and the ability to push back constructively
- Excellent stakeholder management across executive, middle management, and frontline
- A track record of moving from advisor to genuine business partner
