The Opportunity As Care Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day leadership and operational management of the service, ensuring exceptional standards of care delivery, compliance, staff development, and business performance. You will lead from the front, supporting care teams, building relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring vulnerable adults receive compassionate, person-centred support in their own homes. Key Responsibilities Oversee the daily running of a high-quality domiciliary care service. Lead, motivate, and support care and office teams to achieve exceptional outcomes. Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and fundamental standards. Manage care planning, assessments, reviews, and risk management. Drive recruitment, retention, training, and staff development. Build and maintain strong relationships with local authorities and external professionals. Ensure efficient rota management and service delivery. Monitor KPIs, performance targets, and business growth objectives. Handle complaints, safeguarding concerns, and quality assurance processes professionally and effectively. Promote a positive culture focused on dignity, respect, and outstanding person-centred care. What We’re Looking For We are looking for a confident and experienced care professional with strong operational and leadership experience within the health & social care sector. Essential Skills & Experience: Previous experience as a Care Manager, Deputy Manager, Registered Manager, or similar senior leadership role within domiciliary care Strong understanding of CQC standards and compliance Excellent leadership and team management skills Experience managing care staff performance, recruitment, and development Ability to manage service growth and operational performance Strong communication and relationship-building abilities Passionate about delivering high-quality care services Desirable: NVQ Level 5 in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards) Experience managing budgets and achieving growth targets Full UK driving licence Why Apply?
