What You'll Be Doing:
- Own the data product vision, strategy and roadmap, turning business requirements into a prioritised backlog that the team can deliver against
- Hold stakeholders accountable to realistic timelines and be the single point of truth on scope and delivery
- Balance resource capacity against commercial priorities to keep the team delivering sustainably
- Drive product discovery to surface high-value opportunities and define clear outcomes
- Maintain data product quality through testing, data contracts and documentation standards
- A hands-on background in data including SQL, dbt, Snowflake or analytics engineering - the technical grounding will make you a far better planner and credible operator.
- Experience with data contracts, or analytics engineering best practices.
- Familiarity with cloud data warehouse environments (Snowflake preferred).
