Part Time Digital Marketing Assistant - Malahide

FRS Recruitment are currently seeking a Temporary Digital Marketing Assistant for a company based in Malahide until the end of October 2026.

This role will involve 20 hours per week and will focus primarily on digital content creation and marketing support across a range of events and brands.

The successful candidate will provide Digital Marketing Services to the organiser, including tasks that may reasonably be assigned by the Marketing Manager and will support a number of event brands.

Key Area of Responsibility

Design & Content Production (Canva)

The successful candidate will create and update a range of digital marketing assets, including:

• Social media graphics (static and simple animated where required)

• Posters and promotional graphics

• Email hero banners and supporting visuals

• Presentation slides and decks

• Digital signage or onsite screen graphics (when required)

• Website and campaign graphics (when required)

Hours & Schedule

The successful candidate will be based on site and will work 20 hours per week, with specific working hours and days agreed in advance with the Marketing Manager.

Flexibility will be required during peak event periods where event dates may require changes to working days. Some onsite work at events will also be required.
