Regional Manager - Elderly Care Homes

Regional Manager – Care Homes Covering London and surrounding areas £75,000 I’m recruiting for an experienced Regional Manager to join a respected consultancy working closely with care home providers across west midlands down to London. This is a hands-on, field-based role suited to someone who understands the realities of care homes, not just the theory. You’ll be supporting services to improve quality, compliance, and operational performance, acting as a trusted advisor rather than a box-ticker. The Role As Regional Manager, you’ll be responsible for: Overseeing and supporting a portfolio of care homes across your region Driving quality improvement, compliance, and operational standards Providing practical, on-site leadership and guidance to Registered Managers Supporting services through inspections, action plans, and improvement journeys Building strong, professional relationships with senior stakeholders This is a role for someone who’s comfortable on the road, confident in front of people, and credible at every level. What I’m Looking For Proven experience as a Regional Manager or in a senior operational role within care homes Strong working knowledge of CQC regulations and quality frameworks The ability to influence, challenge, and support in equal measure A practical, solutions-led approach — not consultancy jargon Flexibility to travel regularly across London and surrounding areas If you’ve been in the sector long enough to know that improvement doesn’t happen from behind a desk, you’ll understand this role immediately.
