PSG Healthcare is partnering with a values-driven not-for-profit organisation to recruit Speech Pathologists to support NDIS participants across Perth.

About the Organisation & the Role

  • Deliver high-quality, client-centred speech pathology services supporting individuals to achieve their goals and improve quality of life

  • Work collaboratively with clients, families, multidisciplinary teams, and external stakeholders across home, community, and clinic settings

  • Conduct evidence-based speech pathology assessments and develop tailored intervention plans

  • Provide recommendations across early childhood intervention, communication supports, augmentative and alternative communication (AAC), swallowing programs, and therapeutic strategies

  • Prepare clear and timely clinical documentation and reports, including progress updates and recommendations for future supports

  • Contribute to a holistic, team-based approach through shared planning, knowledge exchange, and problem-solving

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practice, research, and NDIS speech pathology service delivery

  • Work in line with professional standards, organisational policies, and clinical guidelines

  • Actively uphold and demonstrate organisational values in all aspects of practice
