Responsibilities
- Serve as primary tenant facing contact for all maintenance and facilities management standards, activities and processes
- Coordinating and liazing with subcontractors for maintenance solutions
- Conducting minor repairs where applicable
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, inspection logs and compliance documentation
- Ensure WHS compliance
- Identify and resolving any potential issues that may arise
Experience required
- Relevant trade background - carpentry, plumbing, electrical
- Previous Maintenance/Facilities Management experience
- Industrial or Commercial experience heavily favorable
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Can do attitude and team player mindset
- Australian Drivers License and vehicle
