Key Responsibilities 主要工作職責
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support across the office
    提供一般行政及文書支援
  • Handle document filing, data entry, scanning, and records maintenance

  • Assist in managing office supplies and coordinating with external vendors

  • Support meeting room arrangements and day‑to‑day office operations

  • Distribute mail, courier items, and internal documents

Requirements 職位要求

  • Bachelor’s degree
    學士學位
  • Minimum 1 year of administrative or office support experience gained within a large corporation or well‑structured organisation

  • Experience within government, semi‑government bodies, or financial institutions would be a strong advantage
