Overview Our client is seeking a Mid-Level Business Analyst to support ongoing projects. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into effective system solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to elicit, analyze, validate, and document business requirements
- Translate business needs into system and application requirements
- Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams
- Identify and manage requirement changes and potential risks
- Support solution design, including user experience and configuration elements
- Prepare functional specifications and documentation using structured methodologies
- Support project lifecycle activities such as feasibility studies, proposals, and implementations
- Develop and execute test plans, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and technology solutions
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in a Business Analyst role
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation
- Ability to manage requirement changes, risks, and priorities effectively
- Experience in UAT and integrated testing
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies is advantageous
- Experience in public sector projects is a plus
- This role may be subject to project-specific clearance requirements
