An award-winning 50-bed non-profit hospital is seeking an OB/GYN to join their experienced, four provider team in the Des Moines River Valley area in Iowa (IA):
• Flexible scheduling options - choose from 2 weeks per month, standard 4-day workweek, or recommend you preferred schedule
• Brand-new da Vinci onsite
• 450 annual deliveries
• 1:4 call
• 50/50 mix of OB/GYN with an option to incorporate up to 20% Urogyn, if desired
• Clinic housed in hospital with a brand-new L&D suite just above and the OR just below; walk anywhere in 30 to 60 seconds
• Epic EMR
Compensation & Benefits:
• Up to a $445,000 permanent/ongoing floor guarantee plus productivity potential, signing bonus, retention, and relocation assistance.
