About the Opportunity

This is a key leadership role within the Planning, Development and Delivery function, offering the opportunity to lead a small team while remaining hands-on in the delivery of complex, high-value projects.

You will play a critical role in shaping and delivering Adelaide Airport’s capital program, ensuring outcomes are achieved across safety, quality, cost, and program.

• Delivering end to end projects in a Senior Project Manager capacity, with responsibility for direct reports and hands on ownership of project outcomes.

• Managing end-to-end delivery of major capital works projects to achieve agreed scope, quality, program, and budget objectives

• Supporting the Head of Project Delivery and Project Directors in the development of procurement strategies and portfolio/program delivery frameworks

• Contributing to the establishment and ongoing improvement of the PMO and broader continuous improvement initiatives

About You

You are an experienced Senior Project Manager (or highly capable Project Manager) with a background in commercial construction, logistics, infrastructure, or other complex operational environments.

You bring a strong blend of technical delivery capability, strategic thinking, and leadership, with a proven track record of successfully delivering major projects in live or operational environments.

You will bring:

• Proven ability to lead, coordinate, and mentor both internal teams and external consultants/contractors

• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across diverse groups

• High-level technical project management capability with experience delivering complex capital projects

• A proactive leadership style - you take ownership, lead by example, and contribute positively to team culture and performance
