Solution Architect

About the Role:

As a Solution Architect, you will be integral to our digital transformation initiatives, guiding architectural planning and proposal activities for various projects. You will work closely with a team of financial domain experts, UX designers, data scientists, and engineers to drive architecture decision-making and implementation processes. Your role will involve exploring solutions, defining requirements, and leading projects from inception through to successful deployment.

Responsibilities:

• Architectural Planning and Proposal: Lead the initial architecture planning and proposal activities for application development projects. Collaborate with engineers, designers, and project managers to define and implement architectural solutions.
• Technology Stack Management: Utilize and adapt technology stacks including frontend (React, Next.js, TypeScript), backend (TypeScript), and cloud infrastructure (GCP and AWS) as required by project needs.
• Solution Exploration and Implementation: Identify problems, explore solutions, and lead proposal activities. Oversee the implementation process from design to deployment.
• System Development and Operations: Manage all stages of system development, including design, implementation, testing, release, operation, and troubleshooting.

Requirements:

• IT Consulting Experience: Proven background in IT consulting with experience in gathering information, advising on solutions, and leading project launches across various industries.
• Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including business members, security personnel, engineers, and designers.
• Architecture Decision-Making: Experience in making architecture decisions, defining requirements, and leading implementation as an architect.
• System Development and Operations: Proficiency in all stages of system development and operations, applicable to both cloud and on-premises environments.

Preferred Experience and Knowledge:

• Requirements Investigation: Experience in investigating and organizing requirements across multiple departments in large organizations.
• Cloud Architecture: Experience in proposing and developing cloud-based architectures, including microservices and event-driven architectures.
• Infrastructure Management: Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform and CDK.
• Financial Applications: Experience in developing financial applications using technology stacks such as React, Next.js, TypeScript, and cloud infrastructures like GCP and AWS.
