Senior Accounting & Finance Operations Specialist

We are seeking a detail oriented Accounting & Finance Operations Specialist to support a growing investment and real estate focused organization. This is far more than a traditional accounting or bookkeeping role. You will work closely with senior leadership across finance, operations, investor relations, legal, and project teams while helping manage the day to day financial operations across multiple entities.

What You'll Be Doing

• Multi entity accounting and reconciliations
• Accounts payable and receivable
• Payroll, benefits, and HR administration support
• Investor payment tracking and reporting support
• Banking, wire transfers, and treasury administration
• Financial reporting and compliance support
• Supporting project accounting and operational initiatives

What We're Looking For

• 3 years of accounting, finance, or bookkeeping experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience with QuickBooks and Excel
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail
• Professional, dependable, and team oriented mindset

Compensation: $75,000 – $95,000 benefits

This is a full time, onsite opportunity.
