Recruitment Consultant - Engineering

We’re on the hunt for a driven and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our high-performing Engineering team. This is one of the most established and successful desks in our business, with over 15 years of consistent results and deep-longstanding relationships with both clients and candidates.

You’ll step into a desk with a number active roles - including exclusive and retained – and work alongside a team that have recruited in the space for over 17 years. There is absolutely the opportunity to expand and grow the desk, but you will have a running start.

If you love being the recruitment leader in your market, building deep client relationships, and truly understanding the technical side of what you recruit - this opportunity is well suited.

Managing a key desk in the business, you’ll be a highly experienced 360º recruitment consultant. You’re motivated by performance, driven by results, and committed to service excellence. You value being part of a supportive team and celebrate the success of the team as well as your own.

You’ll bring:

• A senior level of agency experience running a technical recruitment desk end-to-end
• The confidence to manage your desk independently and the drive to take it to new heights
• Outstanding client engagement, business development and negotiation skills
