Role Summary:

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in steering the companies sales and marketing efforts towards success. Collaborating closely with the Sales and Marketing teams, you will be responsible for designing and executing prospecting campaigns. Your will harness both modern digital tools and traditional sales techniques to generating leads and convert them into lucrative business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop and execute prospecting campaigns.
  • Leverage social media platforms, CRM software,, email marketing tools, project management software and cold calling to generate leads.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead generation (new contacts and new lead), lead-to-opportunity conversions, lead nurturing, sales conversion, and revenue.
  • Nurture leads throughout the sales funnel, ensuring a seamless transition from prospects to customers.
  • Maintain precise and up-to-date records within the CRM.
  • Engage in continuous learning and development to stay abreast of industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor of Science degree in related fields, such as Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, Physics, or a similar discipline.
  • Possess 1+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related role, with experience in the analytical instrument sector being a valuable asset.
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce, MailChimp, Asana, and social media platforms for business purposes.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Display self-motivation, ambition, and a team-player mindset with a results-oriented approach.
