Recruitment Consultant | New Growth Sector

RWR Health is growing again, and we are looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to help lead expansion into a newly identified large-scale healthcare sector.
This is a rare opportunity to join an established industry leader while building a fresh desk within a high-growth area of the health sector. You will have the backing of an experienced and highly successful healthcare recruitment business, while also having the autonomy to treat this desk like your own business.
You do not need previous recruitment experience to be successful in this role. What matters most is drive, resilience, commercial thinking, and being comfortable building relationships from scratch through proactive business development and cold calling.
This role would suit someone who:
- Enjoys building something from the ground up
- Is motivated by growth and uncapped earning potential
- Is confident speaking with new people daily

What you will be doing:
- Building a new market vertical within the healthcare sector
- Developing new client relationships through proactive outreach
- Growing and managing your own candidate network
- Running recruitment processes end-to-end
- Creating long-term partnerships across the industry
- Helping shape the future growth direction of RWR Health
