About the role
A need has arisen for an experienced Customer Service / Counter Sales Stores Supervisor to join their small but happy team based in the Eagle Farm.
In this dynamic, challenging and highly pivotal role you will be responsible for:
- Answering incoming enquiries either via the phone or the service counter regarding stock availability, deliveries and pricing
- Providing quotes to customers via phone or email
- Inputting sales orders
- Managing warehouse staff to ensure customer delivery expectations are met
- Analysis of stock availability using system reports.
- Maintenance of customer information regarding orders held in the system
As the ideal candidate and to make the transition as smooth as possible, you will possess the following key attributes:
- Previous customer service / counter sales / stores experience within the industrial products industry
- An appreciation or basic understanding of Pneumatics, Valves, Hydraulics and other Fluid Control related products would be ideal
- Excellent communication, time management and customer service skills
- Be a team player who is willing to go the extra mile
- Above average computer literacy with excellent attention to detail
