We’re looking for a friendly, organised Customer Service Administrator to join our clients busy team supporting day to day interface with staff across all maintenance related matters and service requests. This is a critical customer‑facing role that suits someone who enjoys helping people, staying organised, and working confidently across systems.
You’ll be the go-to contact for incoming calls and emails, ensuring service requests are logged accurately, prioritised correctly, and followed through to completion.
