The Role
You will lead the delivery of high-rise and large-scale residential schemes across RIBA Stages 3–5, taking projects through technical design and construction while managing teams and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Requirements
- ARB registered (preferred)
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience
- Degree in Architecture or equivalent
- Strong experience on residential and/or high-rise projects
- Proven team leadership and client-facing skills
- Revit proficiency essential
- Business development experience desirable but not essential
