3rd Shift Assembler- HIRING NOW

Work While the World Sleeps – 3rd Shift Opportunity w/ $25 gas gift-card after 30 days!
Schedule: Sunday–Thursday, 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM (paid lunch included)
Overtime: Some overtime available

Pay & Bonuses:

• Pay raise after 90 days
• Increases to $17.70 after 90 days

What You'll Be Doing

Be part of the team that keeps production moving overnight and sets the next day up for success.

• Work on an assembly line with a variety of tasks as products move through
• Rotate between workstations and departments based on production needs
• Assist with machine setup and operation
• Stack, label, pack, and transport finished parts
• Work closely with your team to maintain a smooth production flow

What You Bring to the Table

• Manufacturing experience or a willingness to learn
• Ability to read diagrams and turn them into finished products
• Blueprint reading skills are a plus

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Read job specifications and work instructions
• Accurately position and align parts
• Monitor machines for defects or malfunctions
• Inspect parts to ensure quality standards
• Meet daily production and cycle time goals
• Work safely and efficiently
• Operate all workstations within the department as needed
• Verify and address quality issues using defect codes

Physical & Job Requirements

• Ability to lift or move up to 35 lbs regularly
• Comfortable standing, walking, and using hands throughout the shift
• Strong visual ability (close, distance, color, peripheral, depth, and focus)

Work Environment

• Primarily indoors with minimal exposure to weather
• Moderate to loud noise levels in the assembly area
