About the Role
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced and detail-driven Pre-Construction Coordinator to join our client’s team in a permanent position.
This role has come about because the previous person stepped up into another role internally, which is a great reflection of the opportunities within the team.
This is a highly detail-oriented, office-based role that plays a critical part in the early stages of project delivery. You will be responsible for preparing proposals, coordinating tenders and bids, and ensuring all documentation is accurate, compliant, and submitted on time.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate and manage tender and bid submissions from start to finish
• Prepare, format, and compile high-quality proposals and documentation
• Liaise with internal teams to gather required information
• Track deadlines and ensure timely submissions
• Maintain accurate records and documentation systems
• Provide general administrative support to the pre-construction team
About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
• Strong administrative and organisational skills
• Excellent written communication and document formatting ability
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
• Confidence liaising with internal stakeholders and coordinating inputs across teams
• Experience in tenders, bids, proposals, or construction (highly desirable)
• A proactive, energetic approach with an outgoing personality and a genuine team-focused mindset
