About the Company

Our client is a leading organisation within the utilities and infrastructure industry, delivering critical services and large-scale projects across Australia. Due to continued project demand, they are seeking a PMO Analyst to join their team.

About the Role

This role will provide project and program coordination support to delivery-focused Project Managers across a range of initiatives. The PMO Analyst will play a key role in supporting financial administration, procurement activities, reporting, and vendor coordination to ensure projects run efficiently and remain financially on track.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Project and program coordination and administrative support
  • Procurement, invoicing, and purchase order management
  • Vendor management and stakeholder coordination
  • Financial tracking including forecasts and accruals
  • Maintaining project financials and reporting
  • Supporting project governance and PMO processes
  • Preparing and managing Excel-based reporting and spreadsheets, including pivot tables

About You

You will have previous experience in a PMO Analyst, Project Coordinator, or Project Support role within a project delivery environment. You will bring strong financial administration capabilities, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to support multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced setting.

You will ideally have:

  • Experience with procurement, invoicing, POs, forecasts, and accruals
  • Strong Excel skills including pivot tables and reporting
  • SAP user experience highly regarded
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • The ability to work closely with Project Managers and support project delivery outcomes
