What You'll Be Doing
- Welcoming visitors, guests, and executives to the office
- Managing front-of-house operations and ensuring reception areas are always professional and presentable
- Coordinating catering for meetings, events, and VIP visitors
- Assisting with internal events, events, and team functions
- Managing incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries
- Providing administrative support to senior leaders, including diary management and travel bookings
- Supporting the wider office with day-to-day coordination and administration
- Previous experience in reception, front of house, office coordination, administration, customer service, or hospitality
- A warm, professional, and confident communication style
- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach
- Experience coordinating events, meetings, or catering arrangements
- Ability to remain calm and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Professional presentation and the confidence to interact with executives, VIP guests, and a broad range of stakeholders
