Hours:
8:30AM – 5:00PM, Monday-Friday
Responsibilities:
- Support the Sales Manager with customer service, quoting, and daily sales operations.
- Review orders for accuracy, process documentation, and ensure customer requirements are met.
- Communicate lead times, inventory availability, project updates, and shipping information.
- Coordinate with production teams to manage project timelines, rush orders, and customer concerns.
- Maintain product knowledge and provide support on technical questions, drawings, and specifications.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of customer service, sales support, or related experience.
- Strong communication, customer service, and phone skills.
- Proficiency with computers, data entry, and CRM systems.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- High School Diploma required; Associate degree in Business preferred.
