Shipping Attendant
Schedule: Full Time, 6:00am-230pm / 2:30-11:00pm
Location: Lake Mary
Pay: Based on Experience

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily forklift inspections and operate equipment safely.

• Operate a crane to move materials as required.

• Transport raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products between areas.

• Organize and restock raw materials and in-process goods.

• Load and unload coils, trucks, and shipments per packaging instructions.

• Maintain accurate timekeeping and production records.

• Keep work areas safe, clean, and organized.

• Follow all safety policies and wear required PPE.

• Understand and apply the company's Quality Policy and Quality Objectives.

• Meet or exceed efficiency goals while ensuring zero defects.

• Adhere to all company policies.

• Identify and document opportunities for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in forklift/material handling operations.

• Basic computer skills.
