Traffic Clerk- Level 4

Our client, a Luxury Beauty Brand, is seeking a 1st shift Traffic Clerk to join their team onsite in Cranbury, NJ. This role is an temporary position to last approximately 3-4 months. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a high-volume distribution center and possess strong organizational, time management, and critical thinking skills to perform the duties and responsibilities of this role.

Shift time: 1st shift 7:00am-3:30pm

Job Duties Include:

• BOL’s-match bill of ladings, manifest invoice and packing slips to invoice for payment
• Maintain required logs-call logs, purchase order approvals etc.
• Combine all same-day shipments
• Prepare paperwork for all exports and freight
• Ensure all documentation is completed properly
• Make necessary calls for overnight shipments, outbound loads, carriers, end customer, etc.
• Assist Inventory with data entry, cycle counting, and checking physical inventories
• Internal and external email communication
• Other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications Include:

• High school graduate or equivalent
• 2+ years of relevant experience working in a warehouse distribution center
• Ability to speak, read, and write English
• Effective communication skills and customer service experience required
• Basic computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel required
• Open and flexible to duties, responsibilities and activities that may change; and/or be assigned to new areas within the warehouse with or without notice
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for duration of shift

Compensation: $21.25/hr.

This is a temporary position. The worker will be employed and paid by PCG.

This role is assigned to a client company that may provide additional amenities or benefits to their internal staff. These may not apply to temporary assignments.
