Your New Role / Company

Our client is a global leader in the beverage production sector, operating a state-of-the-art manufacturing and distribution facility in Kildare, supplying products across the EMEA region.

This is a key QA role supporting the site’s Food Safety and Quality Management Systems. You’ll be joining a business with significant ongoing investment, recent site upgrades, and strong growth plans over the next 5 years.

The role will focus initially on expanding, implementing, and maintaining Quality Management Systems across new areas of the site, while also supporting internal auditing, documentation control, and CAPA processes. You’ll be working closely with cross-functional teams in a high-volume production environment where collaboration is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess Food Safety Management Systems through GMP audits, CCP verification, and food safety walkthroughs
• Conduct internal audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company policies and FSSC 22000 standards
• Support the expansion and implementation of Quality Management Systems across site operations
• Support and deliver food safety training for new and existing employees
• Assist with internal and third-party audits
• Manage the document control system and ensure all documentation is accurate, up to date, and compliant
• Provide training and guidance on documentation requirements
• Stay current with regulatory changes and implement updates where required
• Support CAPA processes, driving corrective and preventative actions through to completion

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years’ experience in food industry QA/QC environments
• Strong understanding of GMP and Quality Assurance systems
• Experience creating and maintaining SOPs and procedure documentation
• High attention to detail with a structured, process-driven approach
