Day-to-day you can expect a mix of hands-on problem solving, team development, vendor management, and project delivery with a particular focus on keeping production systems running and secure

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing and maintaining site infrastructure, networks, servers, storage, and backups
  • Leading and developing the on-site IT team
  • Overseeing IT support, including out-of-hours cover when required
  • Driving cybersecurity, compliance, and risk management on site
  • Leading IT projects from upgrades and integrations to new technology roll outs
  • Collaborating with Group IT and site functions to align with the broader IT strategy
  • Supporting automation and digital transformation initiatives

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years in IT management, ideally in a manufacturing or production environment
  • Strong infrastructure background — networking, servers, storage, Microsoft stack
  • Familiarity with ERP, MES, or industrial software systems
  • Experience with cybersecurity, compliance, and security audits
  • A hands-on, ownership-driven approach with strong communication skills
  • Ability to lead, develop, and get the best from a team
  • Degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent professional development and certifications
