Business Manager

We are seeking a commercially minded Business Manager to join a growing automotive dealership group operating within a fast-paced, high-volume environment in Christchurch.

  • Previous experience within automotive finance, lending, banking services
  • Strong understanding of lending, finance applications, and customer service
  • Commercially minded with strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident building rapport and guiding customers through financial solutions
  • Self-motivated with a positive, team-focused attitude
  • Comfortable operating within a fast-moving sales environment
  • Professional, driven, and motivated by performance outcomes

The Role

  • Present finance, insurance, and aftermarket products to customers
  • Drive finance penetration and dealership profitability
