We are seeking an Outside Sales professional to support long-term succession planning and future growth within the organization. This unique hybrid role combines technical estimating responsibilities with customer-focused sales activities, providing the opportunity to develop into a critical, multi-functional position within the company.

Key Responsibilities
Estimating & Project Support
- Review project requirements and prepare accurate cost estimates.
- Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications.
- Support project coordination and information flow between departments.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability in all estimating activities.
Sales & Customer Engagement
- Assist with sales initiatives and customer interactions.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships over time.
- Support business development efforts through responsive customer service and communication.
- Balance technical responsibilities with client-facing activities.
Operations & Process Improvement
- Contribute to process standardization and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal operations and sales teams to support project execution.
- Learn and utilize estimating software and internal systems effectively.
Qualifications
Industry Experience
- Experience in estimating, construction, manufacturing, or related industries preferred.
- Precast or concrete industry experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to understand technical drawings and project specifications.
Education & Technical Skills
- Strong computer proficiency required.
- Ability to learn estimating software and internal business systems.
- Blueprint reading capability required.
