- 不動産運営や管理費用に関する仕訳作成・証憑整理
- 減価償却や未払費用に関する仕訳サポート
- 財務諸表作成補助（日本基準・IFRS）
- 月次・四半期・年次決算業務のサポート
- 年次監査・税務申告準備補助
- キャッシュフロー管理サポート
- 財務部門やアセットマネージャーとの連携業務
- 会計・財務分野での実務経験（1〜3年程度）
- Japan GAAPに関する基礎知識
