Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse equities, sectors, indices, and macro trends
- Act as the primary spokesperson at industry conferences, seminars, and media appearances (i.e. Online/TV/Podcasts).
- Identify short‑term trading opportunities and broader investment themes
- Monitor earnings, economic data, and global market events
- Translate market activity into clear, practical investor insights
- Present market updates, stock analysis, and strategy insights via video, live streams, webinars and written market commentary.
- Help investors understand why markets move and how to interpret data
- Create content that bridges professional‑grade tools and everyday decision‑making
- React quickly to breaking market news with relevant commentary
- Ensure content meets regulatory and licensing requirements
- Support campaigns, feature launches and investor initiatives
Ideal Profile:
Essential
- 5+ years’ experience working in/presenting financial markets and equities
- Bachelor in finance, commerce and experience using bloomberg.
- Strong understanding of financial markets and equities
- Experience in market analysis, trading, research, or investing
- Confident and credible on‑camera presenter
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
- Comfortable operating in volatile, fast‑moving markets
- Background in equity research, market strategy, or trading
- Technical and/or fundamental analysis expertise
- Media, content, or investor education experience
- RG146 or willingness to obtain relevant accreditation
