Human Resources Coordinator

The Role

We’re working with a well-established organisation to appoint a HR Coordinator to support their HR team across the full employee lifecycle.

This is a hands-on role focused on HR administration, coordination, and supporting key HR processes across the business.

What You’ll Be Doing

HR Administration

• Manage employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, changes, offboarding)
• Maintain HRIS records, documentation, and reporting
• Support payroll coordination and data accuracy
• Manage HR inbox and respond to queries

HR Projects & Coordination

• Support performance and remuneration reviews
• Assist with engagement initiatives and HR events
• Prepare reports and presentations
• Maintain HR policies, documents, and intranet

Learning & Development

• Coordinate training bookings and logistics
• Manage training records and reporting
• Support internal learning programmes

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in a HR Coordinator / HR Admin role
• Strong Excel and Office 365 skills
• Experience using HRIS and LMS systems
• High attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Strong communication and stakeholder skills
